Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
As all our products are digital downloads, we do not accept returns, and no physical items are shipped. However, we stand by the quality of our resources and will work with you to resolve any issues you experience with your purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed.
- The wrong product was delivered due to a system or human error.
- The product description significantly differs from what was delivered.
Please note:
- Refunds will not be issued for incorrect purchases, change of mind, or failure to download the product after purchase.
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Refund Process
If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@techhunter.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the following details in your email:
- Your order number or receipt.
- A description of the issue.
- Screenshots or proof of the problem (if applicable).
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take additional time for the refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not applicable for digital products. However, if a file is defective or there is an issue, we will gladly replace it or provide assistance to resolve the matter.
